My 90s Favorites

Welcome to all the Mom 2 Memphis and Ruby readers.  It's that time of week again, yep it's Tuesday.  And that means it's time for Tuesday 10.  This weeks Tuesday 10 is my ten favorite things from the 90s.

1. Tamagotchi or Giga Pet
These were the "electronic toys we took everywhere instead of iPods
Remember to feed and walk them :)
2. The Mix Tape
Oh the hours of listening to the radio with your fingers on the record and play buttons
But at least we got only the songs we wanted
3. Disney Shows
There are a few good ones today, but nothing like what "use to be"
The starts have grown up and gone on to better things, like the Transformers Movies, but I still remember them when they were young, wow I feel old.
4. When the Cartoon Network was Cartoons
now it's more of "adult swim" and to be honest, my tv never gets turned onto this channel

5. Fresh Prince
Now, honestly, who can't sing this who song?  And if someone starts it, it will remain in your head for the entirety of the day.  Luckily due to "Nick at Nite" my daughter has gotten to see a lot of episodes
6. TGIF
Yep, a great reason to be glad it's Friday when it came to the Friday night block on tv.
Luckily, we turn to "Nick at Nite" for a few of them and even MTV 2 carries Boy Meets World on weekday morning.
"Not the Momma!"  with a frying pan in hand
7. Saved by the Bell
Ah, yes these kids.  My daughter even has them on DVD and plays them in the car when we go places, my son has learned to love them.  Luckily the show comes on MTV 2 in the mornings.
8. Beverly Hills 90210
Yes, the first teen soap :)
Reruns are on Soap Net, but not as good as tuning in each week to see what's going to happen next.
Now, I am aware there is a new 90210 that stars Kelly and guest appearances by the others, but it's not the same.

9. Furby
The talking creatures :)
And you couldn't have just 1 because they "talk to each other"
Mine never did, but I still just had to have them

10. Double Dare
Oh to watch Mark Summers again...
They tried to bring it back with Double Dare 2000, but again the originals are where it is.
